- Serve as primary legal counsel for the PBM business unit, advising executive leadership on strategy, regulatory developments, and business risk.
- Provide sound, practical judgment in the interpretation and application of relevant laws such as state PBM laws and regulations, federal PBM reform, and HIPAA.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to structure, draft, and negotiate contracts.
